All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products—especially limited drops and pre-orders—are produced specifically for each customer. Because of this made-to-order model, we cannot adjust, cancel, or refund an order once it has been placed.
Order Errors
If you believe you made an error during checkout (wrong size, wrong item, incorrect address, etc.), contact us as soon as possible.
While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help if your order has not yet entered production or shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
This is not the same as a refund request — if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy for instructions on how to report an issue within the 7-day window.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for issues covered by our published policies may delay resolution of your order. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can assist appropriately.
