Shipping Timeline & Delivery Estimates
- Orders typically ship within 4–6 weeks of purchase or drop close.
- Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 10–15 days.
- International orders typically take 4–6 weeks to arrive after shipment.
Shipping Methods & Packaging
- We pack orders efficiently using the smallest appropriate box or mailer and minimal excess material to keep shipping costs low and reduce waste.
- When possible, multiple items in the same order will be shipped together.
Tracking & Delays
- A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
- Labels may be created early — this does not mean your package is in transit yet.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated after 14 business days, please contact us so we can look into it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If a carrier (e.g., USPS) marks your package as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
- If you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office or delivery provider directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon arrival.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
International Orders & Customs
- International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- If your international package has not arrived 6 weeks after shipping, contact us for assistance.
