Terms & Conditions
1. Orders, Production & Pre-Orders
- When you place an order — whether regular or pre-order — you agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- Pre-orders and made-to-order items are custom-produced for you, and require 4–6 weeks for production from the time the drop closes or order is placed.
- Please review your order carefully — including size, color, address, and other details — before confirming checkout.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders generally ship within 4–6 weeks of purchase or drop close. Domestic deliveries typically take 10–15 daysafter shipping. International delivery may take 4–6 weeks after shipping.
- We use appropriately sized packaging to minimize waste and shipping costs. If you order multiple items, we will attempt to ship them together when possible.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Note that label creation does not necessarily mean your item is in transit.
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 14 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. For lost or stolen packages marked delivered, you must contact your local postal/delivery service.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes. If delivery has not occurred within 6 weeks of shipping, contact us for assistance.
3. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
- We use a secure checkout system and do not store your payment card information on our servers.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect only the information you provide when placing orders, subscribing to newsletters, or contacting us (name, email, shipping address, etc.).
- Your information is used solely for order fulfillment, shipping, and customer communication.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to complete or ship your order (e.g., carriers or payment processors).
- By placing an order or subscribing, you consent to this use of your information.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- We make every reasonable effort to ensure product photos and descriptions on our site are accurate. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor or lighting — we cannot guarantee a perfect match.
- We are not liable for delays, lost or stolen packages, or customs/import complications for international orders beyond what we control, once the package has left our hands.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, graphics, and content on this site — including logos, images, and written material — are the property of Cowdog Print Co. / Cosmic Cabin, unless otherwise noted.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or its content without express written permission from us.
7. Changes to Terms & Policy
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or placing an order after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- If a material change is made, we will post an updated version online.
